• Quote assistant inputs: selections and text entered in the assistant are primarily handled on your device; if you choose to contact us, you may include that information in the contact form.
• Technical browsing data: information necessary for website operation and security (e.g., HTTP requests and technical errors), handled by the hosting infrastructure.

Purposes and legal basis

• Handling requests: replying to information and quote requests (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Quote assistant support: helping users clarify needs and service options (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), with logic primarily handled client-side.
• Security and abuse prevention: protecting the website and preventing malicious activity (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
• Legal obligations: where applicable (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).

Data provision

Providing data in the contact form is necessary to process your request. Phone number is optional. In the quote assistant, please avoid submitting special categories of data or unnecessary information.

Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by technical providers involved in service delivery (hosting and infrastructure). The contact form uses EmailJS to send your request via email: the data you enter (name, email, optional phone, message) is transmitted to that service to enable delivery. Depending on each provider’s terms, they may act as processors or independent controllers. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; where applicable, transfers are handled under GDPR safeguards.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to handle your request and, when applicable, to comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for limited periods proportionate to security needs.

Your rights

You can exercise rights under GDPR arts. 15–22 (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by contacting the controller via email.

Cookies and similar technologies

We primarily use technical storage required for the website to function. Your consent choice is stored on your device (localStorage) to avoid showing the banner on every visit.
